Occupation: Registered Nurse
Marital Status: Married No. of Children: 2 Comments: Hard to believe it's been thirty years but I do think that I am starting to feel it! I have been married to Pete Aleman for a little over 11 years. He bravely took on my twin boys from my previous marriage, Ethan & Nathaniel. They will graduate from high school this year, Nathaniel from CHS & Ethan from LHS. I have been a nurse for almost 27 years, that's frightening. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone soon. Occupation: Senior Account Manager
Marital Status: Divorced No. of Children: 2 Comments: 30 Years huh?? Wow, time does fly. After living in west Texas, Lubbock & Midland for 46 of the last 48 years, I have recently moved to the Dallas area. While Dallas is great, its not west Texas!!! I am divorced, have 2 wonderful daughters, a son-in law and 2 grandkids, both girls. My oldest girl, Jennifer, lives in Midland with her husband Brandon and their 2 girls, Kaylee, nearly 4 and Kadyn, nearly 1. Candice, my youngest, lives in Waco and is still single. I have worked for Philip Morris USA for 27 years, and hopefully, will retire in another 7. If I cant make the reunion, still working on it, I wanted to make sure and drop by the website and say hello to everyone. Have a great time if we dont cross paths. Hope to see you in July!!! My husband, Gary & I will have our 25th anniversary this September and we're going to spend 2 weeks in Maui, I can't wait!! We have 2 great kids - Jeremy is 22 and Rachel is almost 19. We've lived all over: Lubbock, Tulsa, LA, Dallas, Orlando and now back to the Dallas area! Our son is in the Army National Guard and while he was deployed to Iraq we got transfered back to Texas, he and his girlfriend still live in Orlando. Our daughter Rachel moved with us & is glad to be in Tx. and in a "gator-free" state! I haven't told her that there are gators in some areas. We're living in Flower Mound & I'm with Keller Williams Realty and I love it. I'm hoping to make it to the reunion this year, it'll be my first one, so I'm looking forward to seeing everyone! ![]() Specialist/Educator Marital Status: Committed Relationship Comments: I don't want to sound like a broken record, but... "WOW! Thirty years!" I didn't feel old until the reunion notice reminded me how long we've been out of high school! I've worked at Methodist Hospital/Covenant for over 27 years. I've worked in the Emergency Department, Surgical ICU and as a helicopter flight nurse since 1985 (Yes, I'm still an adrenaline junkie after 23 years). I was honored to serve as the 2006 President of the Texas Emergency Nurses Association and I still love being a nurse every day and I enjoy teaching others the lessons I've learned while I continue to learn myself. I've lived at Ransom Canyon for 14 years and love it (even with the recent hike in gas prices). I have been seeing Jim for 1 1/2 years, although we have been friends for almost 20 years. Our children are two Pekingese and an orange tabby. I am thankful to still have my parents close by and in good health. I am very close to my two nieces and nephew. I am looking forward to seeing everyone at the reunion and visiting Coronado on Saturday! See you there! Belinda Send This Person a Message |

Occupation: Teacher
Marital Status: Married No. of Children: 2 Comments: I am so sad that I will not be able to attend the reunion. I was hoping we would get together, it just happens to be when I am already committed elsewhere. I am retiring after one more year of teaching. I am getting out early!!! My husband and I will move to Dandridge, TN within the next couple of years to be near my family. The past 30 years have brought two great kids, both at Texas Tech now and a satisfying career in teaching, church youth director and president of our local TSTA. Would love to hear from any friends. Enjoy the reunion and PLEASE post pictures! Send This Person a Message |

Occupation: Public safety
dispatcher/911 operator Marital Status: Single Comments: I can't believe it's been 30 years! I have spent my adult life working in public safety area. I worked at the Lubbock Police Department for 19 years. I met the man I hoped to spend the rest of my life with through mutual friends. After several years of the long distance relationship thing I made the happy but difficult decision to move my life to Southern California. I quit my job, sold my house and moved. I have been in California since January of 2001. Sadly, he passed away 9 months after I moved here. I was not sure what to do next so I just stayed. I have been working in the same field with the Corona Police/Fire Department. I have met some really great people here. I absolutely love the weather here and I can wear sandals year round!! Living in Southern California is completely NOT like living in Lubbock (there are no dust storms here). I live in Riverside and am one hour from desert, 3 hours to Las Vegas, 1 hour to the beach, 1 hour to the mountains and about 1 hour to Los Angeles. Of course, these times depend on FREEWAY TRAFFIC!! I love the entertainment factor here and have enjoyed so many things that Lubbock does not have. However, my entire family is still in Texas and I miss them. I am unable to have children but love being the cool aunt to my 10 nieces/nephews. My parents still live in Lubbock and I still get to visit a couple of times a year. I still have my same best friend, Kelly Barnett (Murders) and still keep up with some of the old gang through her. I hope to get to make this reunion as the 10th and 20th were a blast.
